Life is about experiences. Through adversity I have learned that it is the way you react to these experiences that shapes who you are. For me, this means to listen, watch, observe and then react. Direct the game. A floor general takes in his surroundings and creates a path to victory for themself and others around them. I will take my experience of being a floor general and direct the game to be the best I can be and assist others on a journey to success.
